Mara is the essence of what men's dreams are made of; beautiful, elegant, and gracious, she is the woman men would desire to pursue in a heartbeat. Elo, on the other hand, is just a small, common man who feels that he has too many imperfections to be accepted and be loved by a beautiful woman like Mara herself.
