Kathryn Bernardo To Undergo Leg Reconstruction Surgery
ML - Kathryn Bernardo has expressed her intentions to undergo leg reconstruction surgery this coming September after being dubbed the "Sakang Queen."
The 19-year-old actress has been on the receiving end of cyber bullying ever since photographs of her "sakang" legs surfaced on the internet. Social media has dubbed her the "Sakang Queen of the Philippines," which infuriated her fans, friends and family.
"[Kathryn] has considered not wearing pants or wearing longer skirts, but the management agreed that it's not her style. That's why [she] is going to go through with the leg reconstruction surgery," said a source close to Bernardo.
Her fans took to Twitter to defend her plans to reconstruct her legs saying that, "she's still the real Filipina beauty because she's not mixed unlike other the [expletive] and ugly Filipina teen celebrities from ABS-CBN."
Known as the "Teen Queen" of Philippine showbiz, FHM UK placed her on "The Top 10 Hottest Nations in the World" list, representing the country at fifth place alongside French-Filipina actress Solenn Heussaff in July 2014. A year after her recognition from FHM UK, Bernardo was ranked 17 behind former Japanese AV Idol Maria Ozawa for the FHM Philippines 100 Sexiest Woman 2015, which won by Jennylyn Mercado.
