In light of the controversial statements made by the Head Coach of China's Basketball team, Gong Luming at a press conference, a British national wrote an open letter to the president of People's Republic of China in response to the rather offensive statements of Coach Luming. Malcolm Conlan, the Brit who claims that he is a 'pinoy at heart' elaborated his thoughts and opinions in a letter which he deemed inappropriate towards the Philippines. Before the final bout of the FIBA Asia 2015 Championship, the British national sent an open letter to the president of China, and here is the statement that Mr. Conlan wrote regarding the controversial statements of Coach Luming.

Coach Luming was interviewed before the game, and his confidence in his basketball team winning the championship eventually led to him stating a rather debatable comment, saying "I am very confident. I am so confident that I'm willing... I'm willing to make a bet. If we lose, they can have the Spratly Islands." Everyone is well aware that the aforementioned island is a part of the Philippines, and China is claiming the island as part of their country. It has been an ongoing debate for the two countries, and surely it wasn't a topic that should be mentioned in a basketball game which caused an uproar from netizens and Filipinos. After eventually winning the FIBA championship, China has been receiving heat from various angles, some speculating that the basketball game was rigged so that their team would win the championship.This caused massive controversy across the whole nation, and even the NBA commented on the allegedly rigged game. And now they're drawing controversy once again caused by Coach Luming. In Mr. Conlan's letter, he stated that "You [China] cannot give back something which did not belong to you in the first place, that is generally known as theft. Secondly, the Spratly Islands are not to be treated as some kind of pawn in a high stakes gambling match. The Spratly Islands are a valuable asset which historical evidence has proven belong to the Philippine people." Even netizens sounded on their own opinion, stating that it was a foolish and unknowledgeable comment that resembles the true identity and color of the Chinese nation. They also applauded Mr. Conlan for defending the Philippines with his statement, as Filipinos welcome him as a true Filipino at heart who's proud of the country. Mr. Conlan also stated that his wife is a Filipina, and he also has relatives who are also Filipinos from both the Philippines and the United Kingdom. Respect has been given to Mr. Conlan in his open letter, and everyone is hoping the president of China takes notice of the letter and recognizes the offensive statements Coach Luming has stated in his interview before the basketball game. The Gilas Pilipinas team vowed redemption in the 2016 Summer Olympics. And certainly there's a fire burning in their hearts in representing Filipino pride in making a comeback against the humbling defeat of China.

A heavy winter weather on the 20th of December, 1980 was the day a story of mind-bending proportions was born. It was considered a myth; a story too good to be true after many people heard of the remarkable tale of then-19-year-old Jean Hilliard, who was on her way home from a friend's house when she suddenly lost control of her car and swerved, falling into a dike. The unforgiving weather and the blistering snow was too much for any mere mortal to handle. Stranded and left searching for help, Jean embarked on a journey she will never, ever forget in her entire life.

Knowing her car got busted because of the crash, Jean started walking against the punishing frigid wind below zero temperature, as she started to tread the path back from the home of her friend Wally Nelson, which was approximately two miles away. She was determined to get back to her friend's home, and her burning desire helped combat the blistering weather conditions as she finds her way. But due to the extreme weather conditions, it proved too much for Jean to handle, as she collapsed and ended up frozen just about 15 feet from his friend's door. Six hours have passed since her collapse, she was found frozen solid, like a huge block of human ice. Her pupils were obviously dilated, and her eyeballs were frozen, seemingly like a molded statue carved out from ice. Her friend Wally fortunately found her in his driveway and says his friend looked like a frozen meat before he carried her to his vehicle to rush to the hospital. One of the medical doctors who took care of Jean, Dr. Edgar Sather, stated "her body was so frozen that it was impossible to use a thermometer or find a vein to get a pulse." She was then subjected to a heating pad with a 102 degree water temperature. Dr. Edgar's brother, George Sather, who also assisted in treating Jean's condition, said "I can't explain why she's alive. She was frozen stiff, literally. It was a miracle. I thought she was dead, but then we picked up an extremely fain whimper. We knew there was a person existing then." Miracle it was indeed. Doctors believed her chances or survival were slim - very slim, almost none at all. She was a frozen block of ice, and her body temperature didn't even registered on the thermometer. What's extremely mind-bending is her body parts didn't even need to be amputated, as the common medical conditions suffered in minus zero temperatures is frostbite. Jean's mother, Mrs. Erickson gathered the locals in their area and everyone close to the family, asked for a prayer chain in hopes that Jean would survive and eventually make it alive. Soon, hundreds and thousands of people joined the prayer chain, and certainly their prayers were answered, as Jean was given a second chance to live life once again, defying the odds of what fate has dictated. Her legs and feet started to lighten, and regain their natural skin color instead of getting darker and suffering to frostbite. Then, the miracle happened. Jean's arms and hands began to thaw, and by the third day she was able to move her legs. After 49 days of being confined in the hospital, Jean is fully up and running once again and was discharged from the hospital, alive, well, and healthy. Her burning desire twisted the strings of fate, and it was truly a remarkable story that seems too good to even believe, but everyone was glad that Jean was able to make it and live to tell the tale of her epic story. 1st Tip: It's always imperative to carry a survival pack with you whenever you go out in harsh weather conditions. The kit should have blankets, extra clothes, flashlight with batteries, food, water, first aid kit, a candle, emergency flares and a red light. Blankets and clothes keep you warm and other light sources help rescuers see you in the dark.
2nd Tip: Stay in the car. Unless it's totally wrecked, it's a much safer option to stay inside your car and seek help from there instead of treading the punishing weather conditions looking for help. Rescue teams also have a much easier time finding you if you are in a stable location instead of having to wander in search of dire help.
3rd Tip: If the car's still working and you can start it, use the car heater. Run the heater in 10-minute intervals to preserve the gas and make it last longer. It provides you with warmth needed in generally cold conditions.

The dance craze Nae Nae has been a big hit, spawning many covers and dance renditions from artists and several notable dance groups all over the world. It has taken the world by storm since it was released, and oddly, some accounts claim the success of this dance craze was influenced by demonic powers, as it is said that the dance symbolizes a 500-year ritual done to summon Lucifer from the pits of hell. The post wqs made by satirical website Manila Link, claiming that the Bishop of Rome and the Sovereign of the Vatican City stated these concerning truths. Surprisingly, many believed the post and stated for themselves that the dance is indeed a demonic ritual. But of course, we're her to slay hoaxes and we're sorry to burst everyone's bubbles. The whole thing is fake.
"This Nae Nae dance you speak of, it's a devil worship, Pope Francis supposedly said. It is what the Greek cultists used to do in their attempt to summon Satan and intercept the resurrection of the Holy Father's son." According to the post. Many have began observing and analyzing the dance since the news broke out. The hand gestures, movements and patterns, are telltale signs of a demonic ritual. Of course, those are the statements of some believers of the post. Along with examining the lyrics, many are indeed convinced. But for some, they say that it's an overblown proportion of human thinking and the whole thing is just a hyperbole brought about by people linking the simple dance to a ritual. For a further background, let's take a look at how the song was created. According to teen quintet We Are Toonz, the group said that the dance was loosely based on Martin Lawrence's portrayal of Sheneneh Jenkins in the 90's sitcom Martin. One of the group members, Cal Lamar, explains the dance and says "It's really just based on a rachet girl in the club dancing kind of funny and the best way to describe it is Sheneneh from Martin."

Hopefully that clears the air up on this conflicting report. Surely many have believed, but now it's time to put confusions to rest and be assured that all of it is nothing more than a fake hoax spread out. A particularly good response with on-point evaluation of the song was stated by Denzil Drizzle Pepping, who said "It's dependant (sic) on how you do it and whats (sic) your intention. If you are a devil worshipper (sic) and do the dance intentionally to worship, its (sic) wrong. But if you do the dance out of joy, pure fulfilment (sic) and the goodness of your heart then dance your life away."

The crisis in Syria has caused many Syrians to flee their country and seek refuge in nearby borders such as Turkey, Jordan and Lebanon where mercy corps have been addressing their needs since the war began more than three years ago in 2012. After the full-blown civil war began in March of 2011, the ensuing war has claimed a staggering 220,000 people, many of which are claimed to be civilians. Almost more than 11 million people have been devastated an displaced, and the increasing impact caused by the mass conflict seemed too overwhelming for Syrians to stay in their country and fled for their own safety and of course, their lives.

Some Syrian refugees have fled to Hungary in search for a more stable situation, but after arriving in the country, they were greeted with a unwelcoming gesture. A Hungarian camerawoman was spotted live on camera intentionally tripping down and kicking Syrian refugees fleeing police near the country's border as she covers the ensuing conflict for a local news outlet. The actual footage is provided so you can see for yourself how the camerawoman trips off the fleeing refugees. As if the war wasn't already giving the refugees a reason to lose hope in seeing better days ahead, this camerawoman seemingly made it just worse, as it was clearly an inhumane act and inconsiderate act. Due to her intolerable conduct, she was fired last Tuesday. The camerawoman was identified as Petra Laszlo, as noted by Hungarian news website 444.hu.
Hundreds of thousands of refugees are also attempting the dangerous trip across the Mediterranean Sea from Turkey to Greece, hoping to find a better future in Europe. Not all of them make it across alive. Those who do make it to Greece still face steep challenges — resources are strained by the influx and services are minimal.The risks on the journey to the border can be as high as staying: Families walk for miles through the night to avoid being shot at by snipers or being caught by soldiers who will kidnap young men to fight for the regime. Rings a bell to you? If not, check out her wrist, she can be seen wearing a red string which is the Kabbalah string in the entire video. It also seems that she is experiencing mysterious rumbles and noises happening inside her head which she herself can't properly explain why she is feeling it. It also seems like in her music videos she is clearly asking for help in succumbing to the hands of the Illuminati. Other clues can be seen from the posted video that will further convince you to believe that the young star is a member of the sinister cult. It all goes down to how the clues and pieces connect together. Whether or not Ariana Grande is truly apart of the Illuminati is real or not, we think this will be a topic of debate for quite some time as long as Ariana is seen on the music industry.

Many have been left wondering when Clash of Clans players were bewildered by a mysterious "ghost village" allegedly created by a "dead clan leader." At first it caused quite the debate and sent creepy vibes to CoC players. The "creepy" occurrence has been first noticed by Shaun Mhad Lee, and decided to share his story and conclusion on a Facebook post which garnered much attention especially to CoC players. He said in his post that the "ghost clan" was at LVL 59, and can be found using the search tag #‎9QLU9CY8. But, as soon as players attemt to discover the said ghost village, results would turn negative and the game would proceed to crash down.
