TIME - Now you can capture yourself in all your breakfast eating glory.

It has been said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Clearly that’s why Cinnamon Toast Crunch has introduced a “selfie spoon,” a selfie stick with a spoon at the end that extends up to 30 inches so cereal eaters can take photos of themselves while eating cereal.

The General Mills brand created this new spin on the notorious selfie stick to solve the first world problem of “choosing between eating and posting” a selfie, according to their ad.

To use the selfie spoon, narcissists just have to turn on the Bluetooth feature on their smartphones so the white remote will be recognized — there is one gray button that takes photos on Android phones, and one that takes photos on iOS devices.

Selfie spoons are free to order now on SelfieSpoon.com, though customers do have to pay for shipping and will likely pay in followers on social media.

A viral video of an employee caught on camera in Checkers has been spreading like ketchup all over french fries and leaving a bad taste on customer's mouths.

We don't actually know how food is prepared on a fast food chain, but this video will give you second thoughts. As seen from the video, a female employee seemingly dropped a hamburger bun on the floor intentionally, before proceeding to with the bun across the floor. As is nothing happened, the employee proceeds and continues to make the burger sandwich.

The question was whether the burger was actually served to a customer, though some people believe that it was indeed served.

It was originally posted on Facebook, then on YouTube, racking up thousands of views in the process. Lori Malcolm, the senior vice president of human resources at Checkers, said she was "appalled and disappointed" by the video.

Malcolm said she spoke with the employee and her parents following the unsanitary act, and was assured that the tainted sandwich was "never served to a guest."
