Last july 9. Teen actress Andrea Brillantes was circulating on internet. Someone's uploaded her video. The NBI was investigating this sensitive issues and as of this moment they found out the IP address of the uploader.
The uploader may face the legal charges.
Revised Penal Code,Article 355: A libel committed by means of writing,printing,lithography,engraving,radio,phonograph,painting,theatrical exhibition,cinematographicexhibition,or any similar means,punishable by prison correctional in it's minimum and medium periods or a fine ranging from 200 to 6,000 pesos,or both,in addition to the civil action which may be brought by the offended part.
Most of the websites spreading the alleged video contains virus and can compromise your computers as well as your personal information.

An alleged viral video scandal of ABS-CBN child actress Andrea Brillantes is now circulating online. Everyone is now confused if its true or just an edited video by an expert.
People are now debating if this scandalous video of the child star is certified after being uploaded on Facebook. This one minute video is now circulating the web and started to confuse the netizens especially on Twitter and Facebook.
The fans of Andrea have disagreed regarding this matter saying that the said video was just edited by an ace video editor.But other netizen says that they could clearly see the face structure of the awful young actress. Even I was very shocked after reviewing this video. I couldn't convince my self to believe what I just saw.
