Person who allegedly spread the video of Andrea Brillantes Indentified by NBI

Last july 9. Teen actress Andrea Brillantes was circulating on internet. Someone's uploaded her video. The NBI was investigating this sensitive issues and as of this moment they found out the IP address of the uploader.
The uploader may face the legal charges.
Revised Penal Code,Article 355: A libel committed by means of writing,printing,lithography,engraving,radio,phonograph,painting,theatrical exhibition,cinematographicexhibition,or any similar means,punishable by prison correctional in it's minimum and medium periods or a fine ranging from 200 to 6,000 pesos,or both,in addition to the civil action which may be brought by the offended part.
Most of the websites spreading the alleged video contains virus and can compromise your computers as well as your personal information.
