As the popularity of AlDub continues to peak greater heights, fans have been going ballistic whenever they see either one of the two most popular icons in the KalyeSerye series. Certainly everyone has been charmed and enamored by the two love birds, and their hype continues to ascend as they pave their way to superstardom. Alden Richards was seen in a mall show in Imus, Cavite where fans uncontrollably swarmed him and apparently was injured when they started to crowd the handsome actor.


Lexi Dela Cruz, a YouTube user posted a video online where Alden was surrounded by a ton of fans, allegedly getting injured when he was mobbed. Although he suffered just minor scrapes and scratches, this didn't stop Maine, his love team partner in KalyeSerye, to express worry and concern as the news came to her and immediately sought to hear about the incident and check on whether Alden is fine. She sent a message to Alden's friend, Nate Gonzaga to update her on the situation. He asked if Alden was okay because she didn't know that there was an incident in Alden's mall appearance. She said that she was a 'concerned pal', but we strongly believe that the subtle care and worry Maine expresses is more than just a friend. Nate shared the message on his Instagram account and posted it, with the captions seemingly appearing that he too is enamored by the care and attention Maine displays for Alden.

As they continue to dominate the charts and virally infect every human being in the world with their upbeat and inspiring love story onscreen, we believe that this is a subtle sign of things to come for the two love birds as they progress from being relationship couples on television, to what we believe would soon be real-life partners. Last September 5, 2015 marked the day that Alden and Tata Dub finally saw each other for the very first time. But excitement quickly dispersed into worry as their first meeting was short-lived. After Lola Nidora found out that the two broke their promise, they were immediately separated by a wall that prevented them from getting close to one another. But alas, it doesn't stop there. Yaya Dub was kidnapped by a number of mysterious masked men and immediately took her to a vehicle and drove off.

Fortunately the camera caught a glimpse of who is the suspect behind the kidnapping. The suspect is seen with red curly hair, striped clothes of yellow and red, with a seemingly clowny image with big red shoes and a nasty smile. Officials have yet to declare who exactly is the suspect, but these evidences are inching them closer to identifying the mastermind behind the kidnapping. Yaya Dub was last seen wearing a pink dress, and if any have seen her please notify local authorities to inform them and find out Yaya Sun's whereabouts as soon as possible.
While it seems Alden himself is having difficulty coping with Yaya Dub's Kidnapping he has yet to figure out who is the culprit behind all this. It has been quite a while since Maine Mendoza debuted as Yaya Dub in the hit #‎KalyeSerye on noontime show Eat Bulaga. And ever since being a part of the show and forging an eventual love tandem with Alden Richards, her popularity has raised through the roofs as she, along with other characters from the show have taken not only the nation, but the whole world by storm! Fans are well aware that Maine's sudden rise to prominence was in due part of her viral Dubsmash videos that were a hit in social media sites and YouTube. Nevertheless, many people are still wondering how Maine became a part of one of the biggest and longest-running noontime show in the Philippines along with the experts and coveted veteran artists in the industry today.
In a blog post, Maine Mendoza decided to share her experiences from being a simple culinary student, to being hailed as the Dubsmash Queen of the Philippines and joining the Eat Bulaga Family. At first, she only informed her parents that she is being recruited and even her closest friends have the slightest clue that she will eventually be a part of Eat Bulaga. "Maybe they saw a potential in me (through my Dubsmash videos) to be a 'Dabarkad.' I don’t know, until now I still cannot believe I am already a part of the EB family. I still question myself every now and then, 'Ano ba’ng ginawa ko? Ano ba’ng meron sakin? Bakit ako?' Things like that." Maine humbly said. She said that she was given a call by a staff of Eat Bulaga for an interview, and only took days before notifying her that she passed the interview and will be a part of the noontime show. According to Maine, "They invited me to watch Juan For All-All For Juan segment live (I remember it was a Thursday); asked me to observe how things come off in the set and see if I am okay with it. I told them I am totally fine with everything and then the next thing I heard was 'Okay, good. Sa Sabado ka na ila-launch." "I am mentally freaking out already. WHAT. OKAY. WAIT. DI KO MAISIP. OKAY. THURSDAY NGAYON. BUKAS MAKALAWA SABADO NA. OKAY. WAIT. TEKA. UHM. UHM. OH MY GOD. SERYOSO BA YUN. TEKA. DI KO MAISIP. THURSDAY, FRIDAY. SATURDAY. SABADO. SABADO NA. AGAD AGAD. OKAY. SO. SABADO. KERI BA?" She also added. Although feeling intense nervousness, she couldn't believe that she was living a dream that she only thought was impossible. In just a short amount of time, Maine has grown close already to some prominent Eat Bulaga artists like Wally Bayola (as Lola Nidora), Jose Manalo, Paolo Ballesteros, and of course, her intimate love partner Alden Richards. "I was excited and nervous at the same time. It was my first time to be on live TV and I had no idea on how the show would go. Even so, I think I did fine on my first day. (just fine) Well, I tried my best to keep/look calm and poised. It’s already my seventh week at Juan For All and I must say I am really having a good time at the set! Nakakaride na ako. And the staff, gee, love ’em. I love how in a short time I feel like I already belong." Maine expressed.
