But this pet owner has no qualms about his own conduct, as he uploaded a distressing and heartbreaking video that will surely spark rage and wrath to viewers on the internet. A young boy and assumingly his cousin, videotaped themselves hurting a poor puppy. The puppy was kicked, slammed on the ground, thrown into the ceiling, all while having disturbing laughs as they torture the terrified puppy.
They take turns inflicting hurt to the pitiful puppy, as they seemingly enjoy themselves causing pain to the poor animal. After watching the video, some netizens were angry at what they have seen. One concerned viewer named Maggie Irizarry, made a petition regarding the issue to investigate the case and seemingly put an end to it once and for all.

Sign and share the petition and demand punishment for the parents for allowing their children to mistreat and abuse the poor innocent animal! We must take action now and demand justice for the innocent soul!" It was delivered to: PAWS, National Police, Dir. Ricardo Marquez - Police Chief, Mar Roxas - Chairman, Eduardo Escueta - Vice Chairman and Executive Officer for further inspection about the incident.
