New Student Permit from LTO Has Been Released. Check it out!

There was a major change in the appearance of student permits from the LTO. Gone are the permits made from paper issued to students and was replaced with a card made from PVC material which is obviously a step in the right direction. Kate Oliva Del Rosario is one of the first to get ahold of the new student permit card. Her friend Aeron Buenaventura was issued with the permit on September 2, 2015. She uploaaded a photo of the new permit and you can check it out yourself. In response to the new permit, she said that "In fairness, the student permit is no longer just a piece of paper.

And the issuance is fast." Indeed it makes things a lot easier for students, as the card is really handy in making fast transactions and looks more durable than the previously issued permits made of paper. The card is beautifully well-made, with the details of the cardholder's information very easy to read and shimmers with a yellow-orange hue.
