OKLAHOMA - A 43-year-old man killed his 35-year-old coworker because he was "annoyed of receiving Facebook game requests every hour." The game in question is a Facebook farming game that lets a player receive bonuses for every accepted game request.

Mildred Tanner, who works as an IT consultant for a firm in Oklahoma, admitted to killing his coworker. Leigh Brown has been missing for two weeks and the last time anyone heard from him was from a Facebook game invite. Tanner was one of the recipients of the many invites Brown has been sending in the last seven months.

"I just couldn't take it anymore. Every month, [Brown] starts playing a new game and he sends all these invites. It's [expletive] annoying," told the police after confessing that he killed Brown and has kept him in the trunk of his car since then.

The authorities are conducting an investigation over Tanner's case and other cases linked to Facebook game requests. Facebook is yet to release a statement to the press.

SAN FRANCISCO - American comedian and actor Bill Cosby has simply confessed to the molestation of all seventeen girls who have accused the comedian of sexual misconduct. Several of the ladies say he narcotized them before he raped them. A number of the alleged attacks came about decades past.

CHICAGO - The Onion has named their Person of the Year and it's a tie between WWE Superstar John Cena and Malala Yousafzai. It was published on The Onion's editorial board to commemorate the year.

According to The Onion, Cena: "[is] a physically dominant strongman and submission specialist who has ascended to the top of the professional wrestling world." Cena, who is a 12-time world champion recently led a team against Triple H and Stephanie McMahon's group, The Authority, in their classic team-vs-team match on Survivor Series.

John Cena is also a movie star outside of the squared circle. He starred in feature films The Marine in 2006, 12 Rounds in 2009 and Legendary in 2010. Cena's rap album You Can't See Me debuted in US Billboard's 200 at number 15. John Cena is currently worth $35,000,000.

QUEZON - The Philippines is in shock as ABS-CBN's renowned news anchor, Korina Sanchez, was assaulted in her hotel room. Detectives found multiple stab wounds on her back, left knee and neck. The National Bureau of Investigation has declared the hotel hallway and her room a crime scene while investigations continue.

Korina Maria Sanchez-Roxas, or as she's known by her professional name Korina Sanchez, was stabbed to in a hotel in Quezon City. The 50 year old broadcast journalist recently came under fire for her comments on the typhoon Hagupit (known in the Philippines as Ruby). Video below.


Sanchez garnered attention for suggesting that the typhoon should just go to Japan instead since they're more prepared for a natural disaster than the Philippines. The Japanese and Filipino-Japanese community in the Philippines was outraged by the remark which led to an apparent persona non grata of the newspaper columnist in Japan.

Investigations are still underway and a suspect is yet to be named by the Philippine National Police. Several CCTV footage of the area where the radio anchor was attempted to be murdered are already being reviewed. Stay tuned to Manila Link for more updates on this case.

MANILA - A 19-year-old student in Manila was hit by a car in the sidewalk which caused his death. Authorities are blaming the popular game application Clash of Clans for distracting the victim and his friends which led to the accident.

According to the buddies of the victim, they were walking peacefully whereas Ortiz' eyes were focused on the game he was playing on his phone. He was playing Clash of Clans when an automotive mercilessly ran him down onto the sidewalk.

The drunk suspect tried to bring the student to the hospital only to shockingly discover that Ortiz was already dead. The suspect is currently facing multiple violations and is currently sleeping in jail. The authorities warned smartphone users to avoid using their phones when on the street.

"They shouldn't use their phones no matter if they're walking or driving," said PNP spokesperson Alvin Cortez to the press. Cortez also sent his regards to the family and friends of the victim.

Ortiz' friends shared that the victim was a awfully addicted gamer of Clash of Clans. His dream was to become a prime player of his in-game clan. Although his phone remains operating, it'll be buried beside with him.

WASHINGTON - NASA officers are reporting what they believe to be, aliens traveling towards our planet Earth and are set to arrive here sometime in 2 years.
